1. GENERAL INFORMATION

• This 10-Session Massage Course (the "Course") is valid for the following treatments: Thai Oil Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Traditional Thai Massage. 
• The Course is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. All sessions must be used within this period; any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or compensation.

2. UPGRADE OPTIONS

• Clients may switch from Thai Oil Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, or Traditional Thai Massage to Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Herbal Heat Compress, or Hot Stone Massage for an additional £3 per session.

3. TRANSFERABILITY AND USAGE

• The Course may be used by the purchaser (the "Client") or any other person authorised by the Client. Authorisation must be communicated to the spa in advance.
• The Course may be used for single or couple massages. If used for couple massages, two sessions will be deducted for each couple’s appointment.
• The Course is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other services.

4. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

• Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• The spa reserves the right to refuse service if appointments are not made in advance.
• Clients must notify the spa of any cancellations or changes to appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as used.

5. SPA RIGHTS AND POLICY

• The spa reserves the right to adjust, cancel, reject, or terminate the Course or any promotion associated with it without prior notice or with appropriate reasons.
• The spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, violation of spa policies, or failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.
• The spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired Course sessions.

6. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

• The Client and any authorised users of the Course acknowledge that the treatments provided are for relaxation and wellness purposes only. The spa is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries resulting from the use of the Course.
• The Client agrees to inform the spa of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to each session. The spa is not responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed medical information.

7. GOVERNING LAW

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING THE 10-SESSION MASSAGE COURSE, THE CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
