Our Booking Policy
Thai Herbal Spa
We ask all our guests to help preserve that tranquillity by not smoking, turning off all mobile devices and keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times. Alcohol should never be consumed immediately before any treatment.
At the time of booking, you are required to pay a 50% deposit. You are required to pay the remaining balance after your service or treatment.
All services offered have a specified time schedule.
Arriving at Thai Herbal Spa. If you arrive late for your appointmen
your treatment time may have to be reduced. For example, if you had a scheduled 30 minute massage session and call in 15 minutes late, the session is now 15 minutes. You will still be required to pay the full session fee. If we are late for the appointment, additional time will be added to your session as time permits. Due to circumstances beyond your control (ex: inclement weather, family emergencies, cancelled childcare, etc.) will be handled on a ca0se-by-case basis.
All appointments require a valid credit card, but your card will not be charged at that time. If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment or you may be subject to a cancellation fee. If less than 24 hours is given to cancel or reschedule, or you are a no show, you will be charged the full session fee. If you must cancel your appointment with us, Less than 12 hours notice may lead to 50% of your treatment being charged to you. If treatments are cancelled only 6 hours before, 100%
will be charged. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (ex: inclement weather, family emergencies, cancelled childcare, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment for another time. At least 24 hours notice must be given prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, you will be charged the full session fee. If you are a no show you will be charged the full service fee. Cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (ex: serious last minute illness/injury, child sickness, etc.) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

* SPA GUIDELINES COVID-19 : Ensure you are well enough to attend and are not showing any signs of COVID 19 symptoms. Please arrive having completed your lifestyle medical questionnaire. All appointments must be pre-booked, before you visit the Spa. All clients will be asked to come alone. Every client will be asked to use hand sanitiser upon arrival. Please bring your own personal face mask, as you will be required to wear one, where social distancing cannot be upheld. We would ask that all clients wear a face mask on entrance.
